You know when every so often you hear a song you haven't heard for ages, and it strikes a certain chord(abstract chord, not musical :P) and you remember how much you used to love it? I got that right now, with The Reaper by the Blue Oyster Cult. I love that song so much, particularly THAT riff. It's delicious and now I have to listen to it lots :)

I can't find somet things I bought overseas and I'm not particularly happy about it. I noticed some rings weren't in my bag while I was still away but figured they'd turn up when I unloaded my bag for real. But they're not there. And the immediate thought is that someone stole them but the rings were wrapped up in tissue and taped up and then in a grey bumbag with other jewellery and at the bottom of my bag. this goes with my disappearing soap. And I showed a ring to mum and christopher and mum has cleaned up my bag room for vacuuming and its now missing. None to pleased, must not get irrationally annoyed with mum for wanting to clean up all MY stuff that I was going to sort through.

Not happy.

In other news I'm having a mother daughter bonding trip today hehe. Against all expectations mum gave me shopping money.

Also one of my rings no longer fits. How did my knuckles grow?

Visited Ana and Tasj (and Tom) which was exciting. Like the bum I am I finished off their dinners, with added chile sauce, and we had beer and amazing tasj drove me home. It was amazing. I was fuming at the trains when I got off to see ana. The internet told me there was a 6.04, 6.34 and a 7.04. The thing at the station told me there was a 6.06, 6.46, 7.06. As I arrived early (6.27) for my 6.34, a train pulls in, slows down, looks like its gonna stop and then doesn't. A freight train comes through, the overlander, a train that looks like it should stop barrels right on through at 6.43 (which train is THAT meant to be?!) and finally my train comes at 6.57 or so. What the fuck is going on? I wanted to get angry at the train guard but I never can. The delay info thing said there were no delays so ARGH.

Less anger.... the rabbits are back and magnificently behaved. Lets see how long it takes me to undo all Emm's hard work.... Houdi hates me already, he came back about a week before all lovely. Lucius is as georgeous as ever.

Anyways, love.

Today I found out something that makes me smile, and thank karma for being such a bitch. My ex - who was a racist, moronic, worthless, scumbag piece of shit who incidentally, hated fat people - is now fat. Thank you, Karma! :D

Note: it's not so much that he's FAT that I love - it's that HE is fat. Subtle difference, please don't flame me. He deserves it :D

So I'm back. And while I was gone Christopher acquired the glange, and Mum has finished work. What other changes have happened....?

I'm jsut working on uploading phtoos, Sheryl should be happy. I don't know where to start.... flight was good, fun and turbulenty. the 9 hours to sydney was cool cos I was beside 2 awesome people, one a social worker working in london with pregnant woman and a guy who has been travelling heaps and vowed to himself to never walk the same street twice. And he never has (excpet for getting back to his hotel...that would create issues otherwise...). They were real nice and the social worker kept giving me lollies. mmmm. Mum and Christopher greeted me.

I got pulled aside at airports for
1. being 1 day over my visa (free of charge for just one day! otherwise aobut $20 fee...)
2. illegally trying to "smuggle" an energy drink drink called M150 out of bangkok, apparently not allowed but I'm quite sure it was less than 100ml, despite not being able to find 100ml in english on the bottle but she took it off me anyway grrrr
3. all the stuff I had to declare. Well it wasn't much, just a hat and some food and my sumatran-grubbed shoes.

...I thought couriers weren't supposed to call before 8am? Also, the bastards rang the doorbell about five times, but by the time I'd got some clothes on and got to the door they were pulling off up the street. I'm pretty sure they had my damn frog closures, too! Wankers...

Reason for thanking the universe I can sew #6475649: Having nothing to wear to an official meeting as the chair of a soon-to-be society and an hour later having a swank skirt of SWANK. Or at least work-smart. :D

Now - I still have no shoes, so off to raid someone else's wardrobe!
